Would I be wrong to hope that all hell breaks loose in DC (and elsewhere) on Inauguration Day? I can certainly see a downside but I can also see a huge upside...an upside that would,IMO,far outweigh any downside.

Anyone care to try to convince me that I'm wrong?

Yes, attempting to lock people into subways can cause panic, which could result in innocents being killed.
I can provide other examples of why a traditional and peaceful transition of power is preferred, if desired.

I tend to agree, there could be a huge upside, especially from flyover country seeing these punks’ true colors.
But that’s assuming arrests are actually made, followed by prosecutions.
The judiciary is so stacked with lefties, though, I anticipate mostly dismissals.
Remember when crossing a state line to incite a riot was a federal crime?

No argument here. This cancer needs to be arrested and dealt with. The streets aren’t their playground, sedition isn’t fun and games, and it’s not “peaceful protesting”.
