He had a Class G Florida firearms license, and it was completely lawful for him to buy ammunition. She could have said ‘yes, I saw him buying ammunition’ and it would have no consequence.
The indictment was dated January 12, 2017 and sealed over the weekend. I’m guessing it was sealed in order to let LEOs time to arrest her.
I think it has more to do with the fact that she lied about it, and other things when they interviewed her.
