They wouldn't, unless the Clinton Foundation and CGI had existed to give foreign governments and businessmen a way to curry favor with a future president .... The CGI donors- foreign nations and businessmen- likely desire their wasted millions in access money back in their own bank accounts. However, it's laughable to believe the Clintons will begin reducing their extravagant lifestyle to return the donations the CGI has collected any time soon.
The citizens of these foreign nations whose tax dollars have been flushed under the guise of the CGI ought to be very upset and demanding accountability from their own government leaders.
Does this mean Hillary is FINALLY through running for some office she has no chance of winning ..???????
Well .. Hillary and her husband just bought a home next door to theirs in NY State - so the Clinton daughter can run for a NY Senate seat - the same one Hillary held.
How long will it be before mom and dad show up campaigning for the Clinton Daughter ..????

It’s doubtful that those who wasted millions are going to hold-out for a decade or more until Chelsea would have a chance (very remote) to come to power.
They may be content to enjoy their lives in luxury given they are both not very healthy.
B-b-b-but they done did sooooo much gooood in the world from Africa to somewhere else that nobody’s ever gonna go and check up on!.....................

Chelsea is going nowhere politically.
She has none of Bill’s political instincts (because she is probably not his daughter) and all of Hillary’s personality.
It’s payback time but....oh, wait....where is all that money donated by America’s enemies??? I think they will want it back.

It’s doubtful any of these donors tied to foreign governments who gave Millions to the Clinton Foundation care about anything but access to the presidency of the USA.
Bill, Hillary & Chelsea’s Clinton Foundation agreed not to accept donations from foreign governments while Hillary Rodham Clinton served as secretary of state. But they did accept millions of dollars in contributions from private donors with ties to foreign governments.
Several researchers had been inquiring into the practices and policies of the CGI and Clinton foundation for at least two years. It’s amazing the Clintons and the board of directors for the foundation have been allowed to get by with this.

Chelsea should do some legitimate charitable work and focus on raising her family.
Millions of dollars are from about two dozen foreign governments, ten in particular. Those millions came from the tax dollars collected from their citizens.
New Zealand tax payers paid through the nose. John Key the NZ prime minister abruptly resigned very likely as a result of his overly generous ‘donation’ - ‘bribe’ to the Clinton scheme.
Neither elderly Clinton will likely live long enough to see their daughter elected to anything. In all likelihood.
They simply don’t have anything to sell any longer - they traded influence and power, they now have neither.
What about the donors? $$,$$$,$$$ all gone.
Every nickel of the Foundation’s receipts should be clawed back—and if that means emptying Bill and Hillary’s bank accounts so much the better.
It was bribe money—pure and simple.
What did PM John Key expect to get from Clinton for 13.7 million dollars? What was he promised in return? That money would be the equivalent of hundreds of millions by USA standards given the economy and wealth of NZ.
