Donald Trump has yet to be inaugurated, he has yet to make any specific proposals for legislation, has yet to issue any executive orders, and has yet to even comment on many of the cultural issues that divide America.
That lack of specificity has played directly into the hands of his opponents on the left. Into the void, the left has substituted mass hysteria about what Trump might do rather than reasoned argument against the positions he took during the campaign.
As a political tactic, generating mass hysteria against an opponent has been wildly successful in history. The two largest purveyors of mass hysteria – Nazi Germany and Communist Russia – used the ploy to convince large majorities of their populations of a clear and present danger in society, be it the Jews or "counterrevolutionaries." In this, they were ably aided by a captive media, where the state controlled all information disseminated to the public.
The left in America doesn't have that luxury – at least, not officially. But there is little doubt that their attempts to massively exaggerate the danger of a Trump presidency to certain minority groups has found a mainstream media compliant, even eager in their efforts to conciously aid in spreading propaganda, hyperbole, even lies in the cause of opposing Trump.
How is the left's campaign to convince large numbers of people that their freedoms, even their lives are in danger going?
Not bad at all.
Huffington Post asked 14 women who never participated in a demonstration before why they were going to take part in the Women's March on Washington later this week. Here are some of the answers:

I’m attending the march with my partner because I’m gay, scared and I want to be a part of history. The day after the election, three young white men came up to her and started yelling “Trump!” I went to a few of the protests in New York City and posted about it on Facebook, and I got horrible backlash, mostly from men I don’t know. I’ve also had extended family comment on some of my political posts. One went on a rant cursing all over my page. But I’m not going to make myself small to make others feel comfortable.
I actually have been to a march before, but not really by choice. When I was 15, I attended a Christian high school that was very pro-life and I did the March for Life. I was really afraid of hell and I had some sense that I was queer, so I was absolutely terrified. I went to the march because I felt like God would love me if I did. I remember holding up a big sign with all these photoshopped images of dead fetuses. It was traumatic.
What is this young, gay woman so scared of? During the campaign, a gay Republican wrote on op-ed in the gay publication The Blade and put it simply:
The fact is that any honest look at Trump’s record and views on gay rights shows that most of the attacks by gay Democrats on his views are simply incorrect.
In fact, the attacks on Trump's record on gay rights are dishonest. Trump has been a social liberal most of his life, although he has trimmed some of those views to satisfy culturally conservative Republican voters. He has been a passionate supporter of anti-discrimination laws against gays since 2000 and became the first GOP nominee to acknowledge the LGBT community in his acceptance speech. He has come out strongly against violence directed at gays. Again, what does this woman have to fear from a Trump presidency?
I’m going to take the bus in for the day. So far, I’m going alone, but I’m trying to convince my mother and some friends to come with me. Either way, I feel like I have to march because I’m frightened. I’m black. I’m Muslim. I don’t wear the hijab, but I think a lot about why my reaction would be if I saw someone else being harassed. I’m a protector and I worry about how defensive I would get.
I’ll tell you who has been illegitimized. The DemocRATS. The whole lot of them. The voters (”we the people”) did that.

I admit I watch MSNBC and CNN to hear the mantra and very question and statement is....Do you think he will, what if he does, is it possible etc.
They have nothing but seeds of doubt to sow and I think most Americans with a brain(excludes liberals) see right through this BS
One thing I am certain of. Trump will never be popular. His approval ratings will always be low.
Two reasons:
1) The vast majority of the American people are dumber than a rock.....Thweonslaught of attacks against him from the media, the left, Hollywood and constants whining and attacks on social media. The seed of hatred for the man is planted deep inside the American peoples mind. I even saw a poll today with 63% OPPOSED to repealing 0bamacare! Never before had the law been popular. Now people want to keep it, despite the damage it;s done.
2) If Trump somehow does overcome all the negativity and attacks and does become popular with the American people, the media will never report it and the approval ratongs will be fudged to remain low.
In other words, she's a threat to pretty much anyone who comes in contact with her who isn't either of those things.
As in, when was the last time we saw angry Christians hijacking airliners to fly them into office buildings with thousands of people in them?

That they feel free enough and emboldened enough to speak out in such an endless drone, and to (supposedly though time will tell) march in such numbers over and over again, puts the big lie to their hysterical claims.
They’re going about their lives unmolested. The molestation is coming from them. Oooh, somebody yelled Trump at her girlfriend. Wonder how she provoked that reaction? It surely wasn’t out of the blue.
As the dinosaur-media slowly sink into the tar pits of history their constant braying will become increasingly dim.
Screaming headlines of [racist | sexist | homophobe | Islamophobe] just doesn’t stampede the public or intimidate media cultural and political opponents anymore. But that doesn’t mean the Dhimmicrats have taken it out of their playbook.
It’s humorous to see the confusion in their eyes as their allegations get ignored time and again; they just don’t get it, so they just shriek [racist | sexist | homophobe | Islamophobe] louder and still get ignored.
Millennials grew up seeing phony allegations used to extract tribute, so they are not stampeded into action - especially against someone who is promising to improve the job market.

I THINK I posted this 6 year old 13 minute Bill Whittle video a few years ago. Because events surrounding this election have so many folks shaking their heads at the abysmal behavior of the media here, it is even MORE timely now. Some of you have heard me refer to Dr. Gary North’s prescient comment that the Marxist’s plan to take down America is to “...capture the ROBES”. By that he meant those in positions of authority (i.e. professors, judges, clergy, etc.) who periodically don the vestments of that authority. If you have a child mid-way through nearly any major college or university, you probably understand how well these cultural Marxists have succeeded. And it only cost you $50K +/- a year!

Require for every new federal regulation, two existing regulations must be eliminated.
Institute a five year-ban on White House and Congressional officials becoming lobbyists after they leave government service.
Create a lifetime ban on White House officials lobbying on behalf of a foreign government. Institute a complete ban on foreign lobbyists raising money for American elections.
Announce intention to renegotiate NAFTA or withdraw from the deal under Article 2205.
Announce withdrawal from the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
Direct Secretary of the Treasury to label China a currency manipulator.
Direct the Secretary of Commerce and U.S. Trade Representative to identify all foreign trading abuses that unfairly impact American workers and direct them to use every tool under American and international law to end those abuses immediately.
Lift the restrictions on the production of $50 trillion dollars’ worth of job-producing American energy reserves, including shale, oil, natural gas and clean coal.
Lift the Obama-Clinton roadblocks and allow vital energy infrastructure projects, like the Keystone Pipeline, to move forward.
Cancel billions in payments to U.N. climate change programs and use the money to fix America’s water and environmental infrastructure.
Cancel every unconstitutional executive action, memorandum and order issued by President Obama.
Begin the process of selecting a replacement for Justice Scalia from one of the 20 judges on my list, who will uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States.
Cancel all federal funding to Sanctuary Cities.
Begin removing the more than 2 million criminal illegal immigrants from the country and cancel visas to foreign countries that won’t take them back.
Suspend immigration from terror-prone regions where vetting cannot safely occur. All vetting of people coming into our country will be considered extreme vetting.
Work with Congress on a Middle Class Tax Relief And Simplification Act.An economic plan designed to grow the economy 4% per year and create at least 25 million new jobs through massive tax reduction and simplification, in combination with trade reform, regulatory relief, and lifting the restrictions on American energy. The largest tax reductions are for the middle class. A middle-class family with 2 children will get a 35% tax cut. The current number of brackets will be reduced from 7 to 3, and tax forms will likewise be greatly simplified. The business rate will be lowered from 35 to 15 percent, and the trillions of dollars of American corporate money overseas can now be brought back at a 10 percent rate.
Work with Congress on a End The Offshoring Act Establishes tariffs to discourage companies from laying off their workers in order to relocate in other countries and ship their products back to the U.S. tax-free.
Work with Congress on a American Energy & Infrastructure Act Leverages public-private partnerships, and private investments through tax incentives, to spur $1 trillion in infrastructure investment over 10 years. It is revenue neutral.
Work with Congress on a School Choice And Education Opportunity Act Redirects education dollars to gives parents the right to send their kid to the public, private, charter, magnet, religious or home school of their choice. Ends common core, brings education supervision to local communities. It expands vocational and technical education, and make 2 and 4-year college more affordable.
Work with Congress on a Repeal and Replace Obamacare Act Fully repeals Obamacare and replaces it with Health Savings Accounts, the ability to purchase health insurance across state lines, and lets states manage Medicaid funds. Reforms will also include cutting the red tape at the FDA: there are over 4,000 drugs awaiting approval, and we especially want to speed the approval of life-saving medications.
Work with Congress on a Affordable Childcare and Eldercare Act. Allows Americans to deduct childcare and elder care from their taxes, incentivizes employers to provide on-side childcare services, and creates tax-free Dependent Care Savings Accounts for both young and elderly dependents, with matching contributions for low-income families.
Work with Congress on an End Illegal Immigration Act Fully-funds the construction of a wall on our southern border with the full understanding that the country Mexico will be reimbursing the United States for the full cost of such wall; establishes a 2-year mandatory minimum federal prison sentence for illegally re-entering the U.S. after a previous deportation, and a 5-year mandatory minimum for illegally re-entering for those with felony convictions, multiple misdemeanor convictions or two or more prior deportations; also reforms visa rules to enhance penalties for overstaying and to ensure open jobs are offered to American workers first.
Work with Congress on a Restoring Community Safety Act.Reduces surging crime, drugs and violence by creating a Task Force On Violent Crime and increasing funding for programs that train and assist local police; increases resources for federal law enforcement agencies and federal prosecutors to dismantle criminal gangs and put violent offenders behind bars.
Work with Congress on a Restoring National Security Act. Rebuilds our military by eliminating the defense sequester and expanding military investment; provides Veterans with the ability to receive public VA treatment or attend the private doctor of their choice; protects our vital infrastructure from cyber-attack; establishes new screening procedures for immigration to ensure those who are admitted to our country support our people and our values.
Work with Congress on a Clean up Corruption in Washington Act. Enacts new ethics reforms to Drain the Swamp and reduce the corrupting influence of special interests on our politics.
He hasn’t issued any EOs yet because, duhh, Obama’s still sullying the office. We know you’re shaking in your fairy boots, like the rest of DC, but try to keep up, American Stinkers, et al: you only have three more days to roil the waters until the tsunami hits.
It’s not really worth worrying about at this point. The left is nuts, but it’s becoming increasingly clear that their tantrums are little more than a “tempest in a teapot”.
