On that page he favors allowing all to exclude health care cots from income. I agree with that absolutely.
He says that low income can be subsidized to buy policies...I assume he means catastrophic plans. Using the 40 million figure, that would be about 10 million households more or less.
A catastrophic family plan used to cost it seems, $3000. I agree with that. If we double it for time, then we’re talking 6000 for 10 million.
That’s 60 billion bucks. More than doable and far cheaper than ObamaCare.
