If it is to the leftist version that votes ‘Rat, or of the Israeli leftist mode, then no. Perhaps it would accelerate the downfall.
OTOH, if it was a more observant, or at least conservative (my perspective) point of view, then yes...

When Jews are in the majority in a country, the dynamics of the culture are different from when they are a minority. When they are in the minority, there is the tendency to see themselves as part of a minority victim group. But when they are the majority, they tend to think of long-term existential issues. Israeli leftists do not believe in cultural suicide, to the same extent as European leftists.
