I just addressed this issue on a FB group with a liberal. She kept citing the free press, as if that freedom gave them the right to unencumbered access to the White House where they could assemble and coordinate their daily slander.

Let’s just say that i have her quite the screed when she claimed that everybody cares about Russia-Russia-Russia.

BTW, I'd add one more. As passage of a given piece of legislation gets contentious, the Bottleneck will be recalcitrant Dems and those that we are know are UniParty aka McCain, Gramnasty, etc.

Soooo, POTUS DJT should do rally's in their State, don't ask them to come to drum up support for said legislation. Think of it, After loosing MI, do you think Stabenow who is up in 18' can afford the negative press of another huge Trump Rally where he calls her out and ask supporters to melt her phone lines to get her to vote for: Repeal, Replace, Tax reform for Corps etc which in total will benefit all those line guys that voted fot DJT?.

If she does anything else, she can work on her golf swing come Jan of 19'....

The solution to pollution is dilution. Trump should load up the conferences with independent media and dilute the hard Leftist-commie representation to about 15%.
The new media would have to be thoroughly vetted to make sure that they aren’t Soros and commie front groups. Good grass roots media would be refreshing.
We might actually get some really good news conferences and good policy discussions. The commie fake news media will look like babies and idiots.

Mr. Trump talked about “leaks” from “sources” to the media. Giving the media unfettered access to executive-branch workers is stupid. Out they go!
Another good idea mentioned earlier, reporters and/or employers exposed by Wikileaks as government stooges should be forever barred from the White House grounds, Old Executive Building and other federal buildings, and the minimally refurbished media center on the east banks of the Anacostia River.
Every member of Journ O List should also be barred.

The only hostile party attempting to manipulate and influence the election in favor of one candidate over the other during the election was the alt-left media. They have declared war, not only on Trump, but on every single person who voted for him.

They need to be shut out of the White House, and treated like the enemy they really are.

In addition to freedom of speech argument they will also pull out the “American people have the right to know” what their president is doing and where their president is. They tried this when Trump took a helicopter to his golf course leaving the press corp behind. I agree that the press has become a party unto itself in collusion with another party. I also agree that the amount of press has increased in which 49 seats have simply become too small to accomodate all the news organizations that have cropped up due to the progress of the internet.
