Not defending the police...but a common denominator in alot of these situations is the driver opens the door and gets out of the car...in my experience, the police much prefer you sit still.

I’m not defending the police either.

When you shout contradictory orders any damage you inflict for noncompliance needs to be treated under the law as premeditated and intentional. When that results in a death accidental death and manslaughter need to be automatically off the table when the evidence surfaces.

Wow. kind of a low bar don't you think? How is one to know what the police in question 'prefer'? Pretty lame excuse for their behavior IMO. They should treat those they interact with with respect until there is a reason not to.
