Scientific studies - so called - more and more are merely excuses for promoting Cultural Marxism promulgated under the deceptive patina of objective research.

And to think I almost forget to put scientific in quotes!

Honestly, I am not sure I understand your questions ast stated.

My best answer is, the public education system for decades has been controlled by de facto communists intent upon destroying: nuclear family, objective morality, Biblical Christianity, Strict Constructionism, et cetera.

The Marxist tenets have been so successfully imbedded in students, including in the physical sciences, that the “scientists” are thinking in those terms when they contemplate and develop studies. They are thus either useful idiots or fellow travelers; I cannot always tell which.

Speaking of disgust: I recall vividly siting in upper division Genetics Lab, hearing the students all agreeing about the need for the scientific/medical communist to enforce sterilization upon those members of the populace that were deemed genetically impaired (e.g., Down Syndrome or Spina Bifida). I was speechless. I looked at the instructor, anticipating him at least moderating the debate if not denouncing it. Instead he nodded sagely in complete agreement.

This was an urban university in one of the most “liberal” cities in the USA.

I, the lone conservative, was horrified by the NAZI-like attitudes of these quasi-commies.

What I have seen more and more is a completely subjective conclusion drawn from data, almost always approbating leftist ideology.

So, if a study indicated that leftists were less disgusted than rightists (by whatever stimulus), then it would be concluded that it was because they were more empathetic. If the same study indicated that leftists were more disgusted than rightists (by whatever stimulus), then it would be concluded that it was because they were more sensitive.

The fix is pretty much in: No matter what the objective results are, the subjective conclusion is going to somehow vindicate leftism.

(There was a study a couple of years ago, indicating that conservatives actually know more factual information than so-called liberals. One “scientist” argued that it must be because the study was only testing static, useless information, since liberals were obviously more in touch with the real world, blah, blah, blah.)

I guess I’m more of a psychopath than a conservative, according to this. I’ve lived in and visited third-world countries. Had several “Dirty Jobs” as a kid. Blood, guts, gore, offal, insects, etc. are part of life, unless you live in an ivory tower.

This person needs some real-world experience, in addition to training in speech and communication.
