You would think sending state secrets to Sid Bluenthal would be enough.......whether they were hacked or not. There are people behind bars right now for doing the same or less.

If Trump doesn't: (a) build the wall; (b) deport; (c) repeal ACA; and (d) drain the swamp - with PIAPS being target #1 - then all of his support will evaporate.

He will then be immediately vulnerable to impeachment, with no one coming to his defense. I can't think of one FReeper who would still be supporting him if he doesn't make good on these campaign promises.

D1, agree?

But of course, this is all moot. There's no logical way anyone would have gone through what Trump has gone through - and will continue to endure - just for the ego satisfaction of being president.

I believe Trump actually means business, and will be recorded in history as a pivotal figure.

Five Years without an Investigator General (IG)
over the "Department of SNAKE"
demonstrates the ilk of this O'Bungler administration !
It also demonstrates the lack of oversight by a feckless Congress
but also the incompetence of the GOP elite.
Little wonder how the "Department of SNAKE" became a goldmine for Illery .
I wonder very little if this was INTENTIONAL oversight.

You may be right, but it’s crazy. People go to jail for far less cyber security breaches all the time.

“Too late to impeach Obama. He would be implicated.”

No, but once out of office if it is found out that he did something illegal, he can be indicted as a co-conspirator or whatever they want to label it.

I think Obama is hoping presidential courtesy will bulletproof him from any potential action against Clinton. He isn’t making it easier for Trump to follow the protocol.

When we are used to getting 10-25% of what we want, it’s going to be hard to go full tilt against someone giving us 40-60%.

I will criticize when I think he falls short, and compliment when he fulfills our expectations.

I do not expect to be happy about everything, but I am not going to be nipping at his heals because he misses on some things.

We need a turn around in patriotism and love of nation. I know that is coming, and it will make up for some disappointments.

I do not want to see people trying to create gotcha moments for Trump because he wasn’t their first choice, and they are bitter over it. We need to pull together.

I do not want to defend the bad. I do not want to be totally ra ra ra, when he falls short. I’m going to try to defend when I think I should and be reasonably honest when he blows it.

Nobody can avoid blowing it on all things. We’ll get some chances to hold his feet to the fire. We should do it.

Because that sort of blatant disregard for the law must be investigated and punished as required. That's why!!!!

You’re probably right plus the leftist media is getting into its full militant mode now; can you imagine how they would react if the Trump Admin jailed their chosen one!? Even if Trump pardoned her he would be even more of a target for letting the system work like it’s supposed to. As we know, in the leftist world right and wrong are defined very differently than in the normal human world.

In their world the end always justifies the means. Nothing is wrong as long as it moves the ball closer to the goal post of their agenda. No crime is too big. I know I know, it makes no sense to us, but that’s just how they think.

‘Think’ may be the wrong word. It’s how they are programmed; how they were indoctrinated. They leave the thinking to others further up the food chain of their ideology.

Keep in mind, Trump is nudging his yet-unnamed ambassadors
to urge the respective countries to look into their govt's dealings
w/ the Clintons and the nefarious Clinton Foundation:

<><> foreign govt donations to the Clinton Foundation,

<><> govt donations to Hillary's campaign (illegal),

<><> the Clintons meddling in foreign elections,

<><> big buck speeches,

<><> consulting gigs for Bill,

<><> insider business deals,

<><> deals for Clinton cronies and insiders...and so on.

==============================================

These same ambassadors might also be nudged into looking into Soros' foreign activities. The buzz is Soros established "non-profits" in about 1000 foreign localities.

Soros numerous n/p's should be scrutinized as to an electronic/paper trail for money-laundering, tax-evasion, govt fraud....and so on.

Soros needs to be exposed.

The Clintons’ connection to Panama Papers (Hillary
staffer, foundations donors, presidential pardon recepient)

The “Panama Papers” exposed thousands of offshore bank accounts of the politically high and mighty; 350 reporters---an International Consortium of Investigative Journalists---are pouring over a massive dump of more than 11.5 million documents from the Panama-based Mossack Fonseca law firm; the first findings were revealed earlier this month. Hillary quickly decried the “outrageous tax havens” for “the super-rich.”

But it turns out that Hillary and Bill have multiple connections with people named — including campaign staffers and major donors, McClatchy Newspapers revealed Saturday. Those named used the Panama-based law firm Mossack Fonseca to set up offshore entities. The firm has denied wrongdoing

<><> Gabrielle Fialkoff, Clinton’s finance director during her first campaign for the NY Senate (see mcclatchydc.com). Fialkoff is now senior adviser to NYC Mayor de Blasio and director of the city’s Office of Strategic Partnership.

<><>A $100 million donor to the Clinton Foundation and recipient of tax dollars from Hillary's State Dept--Frank Giustra--a billionaire Canadian mining magnate and longtime crony of Bill, is also mentioned.

<><>The Chagoury Group, an international developer based in West Africa pledged $1 billion in projects to the Clinton Global Initiative is mentioned.

<><> Chinese billionaire Ng Lap Seng, who was at the center of a Democratic fund-raising scandal during the Clinton administration.

<><> Marc Rich, the notorious international fugitive who got a midnight pardon by then-president Bill in 2001.

The Clintons themselves do not appear to be mentioned but their ties to multiple big-money names using offshore accounts raises critical questions.

(ED NOTE: When L/E investigated Jeffrey Epstein of Pedo Island fame, they found Bill CLinton and crony Doug Band listed w/ some 23 phone nos and emails. L/E associates multiple phones and emails w/ money laundering and tax evasion schemes.)

"...bribery of a government official..."

~~~~~~~~
I respectfully disagree: IMO, the big issue is HRC's treasonous destruction of National Security for over four years. See my evidence-based video at:
I vouch for it -- every pixel & every word are mine.
I have no doubt that what you say is true. The problem is getting a jury of 12 (average) people to understand it would be very tough. In addition, Def team would argue it was a stupid thing for her to do, but there was no mens rea, no criminal intent, no real harm, no foul, etc. In the end, you would always have 1 or 2 Hillary acolytes on any jury, so he best you could hope for would be a hung jury.
Bribery on the other hand is another matter. Showing tens of millions of dollars flowing into her bank accounts and the contemporaneous loss of a US uranium mine, or no real help to the Haitians but billions to her friends, and so many other cases, that is something every juror and everyone watching at home can be pizzed about.
Finally, in the second case, others could go down with her, including Bill, Chelsea, the love of her life, Huma and dozens of others, so people will be trying to cut deals in exchange for testimony.
Remember, follow the money, follow the crime, and you get a verdict a jury can get angry about.
