I expect the House to (1) pass the repeal, and (2) send it to President Trump’s desk no earlier than Friday, January 20, 2017, but no later than Monday, January 23. If they extend it to a full repeal and go to conference in time for the bill to hit President Trump’s desk by Monday the 23rd, I’m okay with that too.
