Morocco is run by a pro-Western “enlightened” king who has a gorgeous Berber wife (only one) who wears no hijab at all. But OTOH, he could be assassinated and replaced by a fanatic next year. This is not likely, however, because the Royal Moroccan Army is solidly behind the king. The RMA is a professional and secular outfit, beards are not allowed FWIW.
That sounds encouraging. On the other hand watch out for the Muslim Brotherhood King. We saw how and what they did to Sadat.
