The lady who presented the details was very good. And based on what she said concerning emoluments, sHillary has one more thing to worry about. Pay to play is definitely impeachable.

I think Trump did this for the right reasons but it also allows him clean hands to go after Hillary as Secretary of State for selling her position.
That “emolument” words came up in the attorney presentation.
I expect Trump will be using it against Hillary.
