There are several under secretaries. These IMO are the ones that need competent managers and veterans They seem to have been too many political appointments and not enough with hard nose executive attitude
No decent person would accept a post under Obunghole.
As an “underserved” vet, I can’t even generate any hope over this one. It looks like a complete clunker to me.
Maybe I can get the VA hospital to remove the knife from my back. Nahhh, what am I talking about? That would be medical treatment, and the VAMC here doesn’t engage in that.
