some of the background is that it was an opposition report done for Hillary, repubs against Trump, and Never Trumpers. Has been being peddled for months and months, since October at least. It was the October Surprise Rick Wilson kept talking about. No one would go with it, too unverifiable. What I can't understand is why now?
