Actually one Swedish guy took that task upon himself a few years ago, Anders Breivik. 77 dead, 319 wounded. He was given 21 years in preventive detention.
His target was the AUF, or Workers Youth League, which was formed by the union of youth branches of the Norwegian Social-Democratic Youth League , the Left Communist Youth League and Socialist Youth League of Norway.
. Most of the dead were 18 or under.
I recall that “event” and really do not have an issue with that. :-) (as sad as it may seem)
