Mexicos new foreign relations secretary says the country isnt only willing to negotiate changes to the North American Free Trade Agreement; it wants negotiations as soon as possible.
Luis Videgaray says theres enormous uncertainty following the U.S. election of Donald Trump as president. [
]
He said Mexico is willing to negotiate over Trumps plan to build a border wall. But Videgaray said Mexico won't pay for the wall, calling that unacceptable.

Seems like this new guy does not regard Obamas lawless reign as uncertainty.

From "Trump ain't got a chance" to "There won't be a wall" to "Mexico won't pay for the wall" to "Let's negotiate". An offer to negotiate is a far cry from an agreement. Or the beginning of actual negotiations for that matter. I'll believe it when I see it.
To: Olog-hai
Just take 20% of money sent to Mexico of which 85% was earned under the table.

If you don't see the progression at this point, and give credit where it's due, then I'm afraid Trump himself could walk up and slap you in the face with a ton of 'Merica and you'd gripe about it.

It,s an initial negotiating position. He knows they will pay but the question is how much.

LOL! Mexico may not have to write a check, but they'll pay just the same.

Tell this guy and that little chilon, Pena Nieto that they can work off the cost of the border wall mowing the lawns at the White House.
