I agree with you on the color blind part. As for the race traitor bit, blacks tend to accuse fellow blacks who want to study and work hard of “acting white”. There are sometimes severe consequences for this behavior. The concept of race traitor is alive, but due to the self-loathing conditioning of the last fifty years, it is a one sided concept. Color trumps culture. It seems almost deliberately opposite.
I truly hate the concept.
But most of what is good in the world is a product of Western Civilization, and that is a product of white males. We need to end any tolerance for folks who end us or Western Civ.
