1. The Report states that the Russians plans to interfere in the election were formulated in 2015, a time will before the Rise of Trump, the Serious Contender.
2. Assange was asked how he can be certain that he was not dealing with a third party secretly controlled by the Russians. This is The Key Question. He declined to answer. He does not want to give out any clues as to his source.
