Just south of there in Pueblo they will have a jobs rush related to the steel plant, especially due to the border wall. Trump won Pueblo county, he can turn the southern part of the state red.

My 2016 Honda Pilot is quicker 0-60 than virtually ANY 60’s muscle car.
It’s quicker to 60 than our ‘71 Mercedes 300 SEL 6.3 was.
Oh, it can go around a corner, too.
It’s no match for my BIL’s 650 Shelby Mustang though...except in the snow.

I had to look up the times for your Pilot... no doubt that is a quick bugger. But I have a few counter points.
First, your statement depends entirely on your definition of a muscle car. I like to use the 1964 GTO standard: an intermediate size car body with a full size car engine. Using that standard, then no, your Pilot is not quicker than virtually any 60’s muscle car. But if you consider something like a 1968 Charger with the base 2-bbl 318cid engine that can be found in the compact car bodies as well a “muscle car,” then your statement is true.
Second, 0-60 times aren’t a great way to compare the acceleration of cars since traction is such a huge component from a dead stop, particularly for rear wheel drive muscle cars. (I assume your Pilot is AWD.) Once these cars are rolling, a Pilot isn’t going to out accelerate any true muscle car. I’d like to see the rolling 5-60 times or a highway ramp 30-70 times.
Third, I prefer quarter mile times for comparison. Takes some of the traction bias out of it, and puts horsepower on the table.
The AWD 2016 Pilot shows 0-60 in 6.6 seconds (6.7 w/ TC on) and 1/4 mile in 14.8 @ 92.9 (14.8 @ 92.6 w/TC on) according to Edmunds

Finally, yes I’d imagine your Pilot would start leaving muscle cars behind on any track with curves. And don’t forget how much better the brakes are on your Pilot.
I recall one day driving with the family in our 6.3.
My father was in the passenger seat and my brother and mother were in the back seat.
We were on the highway near Portland, OR and a Boss 302 mustang came up alongside of the passenger side of the Mercedes.
They were punching the throttle and trying to show us ‘how fast’ their Mustang was.
My father never looked at the greasers next to us but simply said: ‘Waste ‘em.’
At 60 MPH I downshifted the the transmission (auto) two gears and punched it. The tires smoked and the Mustang never had a chance.
I did about a mile or so hitting 120 MPH prior to my Mother’s input...
It was fun.
I never was into muscle cars, but my BIL has a 650 Shelby Mustang and it’s wicked fast. His uncle had a ‘69 Boss 409 Mustang that I saw once. less than 2,000 miles on it and he sold it for $250,000 some years ago.
I do have respect for the muscle cars.
Headin’ out soon in the Pilot with 4 Nokian Hakkapeliitta 8’s on it...it’s an amazing thing on the snowy roads here at zero degrees in Montana.
