With the current debate about fake news, he is dangerous to conservatism. We should be better than this regarding credibility.
At least they corrected themselves quickly. It took a threat of a lawsuit to get CNN to retract.

I agree. Conservative, alt-right, new media — whatever. They had better confirm and confirm again before they post news, especially breaking news. Old media is dying to take these newcomers down with them in their death throes.
Ben Collins is an idiot — an idiot referencing Interweb sarcasm tethered to the MSM’s racist treatment of Zimmerman.
>I may be late to the game on this, but I’ve had it with Jim Hoft’s Gateway Pundit’s carelessness. He is posting way too many things that he may want to be true, but they just are not true. I won’t go to his site again.
His record has less blemishes than the MSN.
Well, I hope the funds are not “fake” .. they will hopefully be used for proper medical care for the victim.
On a related note. CNN cropped the photo to hide the fact that the shooter was a Jihadist.

Bronzewound, I think that CNN, etc., have lowered journalistic standards everywhere, unfortunately.
Uhhhh the Daily Beast as a source of reliability??? ROTFLMAO!
The Daily Beast is a far left globalist web site who has Chelsea Clinton as one of their main Directiors on their board. You mine as well be taking Hillary Clinton’s side on this article.
Nevertheless, you site their article as a source of credibility? OBVIOUSLY you missed what CNN did. It’s not that hard to find.
As for Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit. He always links his proof. The Gateway Pundit has a lot of great articles. Ditto Info-Wars.
For the record both The Gateway Pundit and Infowar web sites have a much larger audience than the Daily Beast and CNN.
But hey... If you want to believe their BULL$HIT....., then that is your choice.
I stopped clicked my on that stupid website when they began posting those idiotic stories late in the 2016 campaign about “inside sources” in the NYPD claiming that a bunch of arrest warrants were about to be issued in the Anthony Weiner case. All of the “sources” were other clickbait sites that all linked back to the same single Twitter post from some dope who had no evidence to support his claim.
Duh. Of course CNN was used, because they most often screw up things and slant things.
Agreed. We are better than they are and must hold the feet of "our own" to the fire.
A website doing this stuff is not news. A network doing this type of stuff is news.
