Texas needs to poach 10 million German, French, Swedish, Italian, Greek etc patriots to expand our tribe. Let Europe Cloward-Piven themselves to death, as is California.

Did you know every earthling could be plopped into Texas and still have 10X10yards elbow-room?

the bill is unique to Texas in that it also enhances the penalties for a litany of crimes committed in a bathroom against any individual, regardless of their sex or gender identity

If I understand the article correctly, the bill would allow school districts, private business, local governments, etc., to set their own policies regarding mixed-sex bathroom use. The "kicker," so to speak, is that if crimes are committed in the bathroom, either by same-sex or opposite-sex parties, the crimes would be taken more seriously than hitherto.

I wonder if the "litany of crimes committed in a bathroom" includes indecent exposure. One of the arguments for single-sex facilities is that girls and young women should not be forced to view the dinglebobs of males (older women not giving a flying FReep, because really).

The anti-pervert and pedophile bill. It’s a crying shame legislatures have to deal with this cultural rot steaming out of progressive vermin.

The crux of the problem has been coming on for many years.

It is precisely this: Political Correctnesss demands that human beings deny reality and embrace fantasy, however absurd - and, more specifically, it demands that YOU, John Q. Citizen, be hauled onboard.

Thus, it becomes important on the Left that everyone is forced to refer to men who self-mutilate as ‘women’ - no matter how preposterous the notion.

Not too long ago, America was led to believe that out of every 3 people, one was gay. But a closer look at the gay population put their numbers more like 1 in 1000. So, maybe we should look at the actual number of transgenders before we accept any laws to give them preference over heteros. We might find that there are very very very few trannies running around, and this whole hubbaballo is nothing more than an attempt by and ageing and obsolete transgender community to recruit, just as the laws giving preference to gays were attempts to recruit.

Below is the letter I wrote when the issue came up in Oregon. The Washington Times published it, but no papers in Oregon published except one out east in cowboy country. The text relies heavily on the links, which are the real value here.

Never has the liberal position on an issue been more devoid of reasoning or more morally fanciful.

The Oregon Department of Education presented their policy interpretation allowing men to enter women’s bathrooms and lockers rooms based on current gender feelings. This asymmetrical approach results in a random walk through reflective life. When comforting lights of popular expressions drive decisions, no opportunity remains to consider insights such that as from John Hopkins.

At one time their Sexual Behaviors Consultation Unit conducted candidates through a lengthy preparation process culminating with gender reassignment surgery. Study caused them to question whether any emotional resolution was achieved and they eliminated the practice in 1979. Dr. Paul R. McHugh says, “that transgenderism is a mental disorder that merits treatment….These policy makers and the media are doing no favors either to the public or the transgendered by treating their confusions as a right in need of defending rather than as a mental disorder that deserves understanding, treatment, and prevention.”

Shouldn’t transgenderism first be assessed as a medical issue? Women are terribly uncomfortable with a mercurial revelation that they believe violates their inherent natural right to feel safe and private in their persons.

This policy provides many the opportunities to indulge in deviant impulses. The policy thrusts a few into intimate political theater where they portray a feeble caricature of a woman, but without evidence of benefit to their psychological condition. Considering John Hopkins’ experience with reassignment surgery, shouldn’t this radical transformation of society await careful review?

Once the sodomite nose was under the bathroom stall all bets were off. This klan of perverts escaped the closets to come after our kids. This is the obsession of every homo in Hollywood and they are having their way. Isn’t it gay?

I think the people who want sexually deviant and gender dysphoric men in women’s spaces are not considering the danger to women at all. Their excuses and pleas don’t hold up under the strong light of scrutiny and we are held back from doing that scrutiny because of political correctness.

We need to fight now against the tyranny of the minority. If we are wimpy about it, they will sink their tentacles of control deeply and quickly and we’ll lose any ability to affect the outcome.

Trump had better get busy appointing staunch, constitutional conservatives to the federal courts, because these so-called ‘bathroom laws’ (common sense) will be outlawed by the current radicalized judiciary.
