Is this the same WaPo that reported that the Vermont grid had been hacked by Russians, only to have to revise then pull the report?

Are the reports of Russia hacking the election reported by James Clapper, who previously, under oath said that the NSA did not spy on Americans?

Why yes, yes, neither of them have credibility.
