Many years ago, a friend of mine was the assistant director for communications at 1600 Penn Ave. I had many conversations with him on the train to and from work.

I was trained on how to use a scif in my past life, and how to send encrypted messages that were less than sci and how to handle classified information. There is no freaking way any of this story is true without a total dismissal of standard procedures on orders from the top. This is a complete failure and is either gross incompetence, negligence or intentional malfeasance or all of the above.
