Since the victim was 18 years old, the four kidnappers will declare a defense, that with the “whitey” being 18, he was an adult thus they did not “kidnap” him, because he was “not a kid.”
His age doesn’t matter. Doesn’t work that way. If he didn’t go with them of his own free will, he was kidnapped. You could even argue that he could not give full consent due his diminished capacity to understand.
