Testifying in front of the Senate Armed Services Committee Thursday morning, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper made it clear Russian hacking didn't change the outcome of the 2016 presidential election.
"They did not change any vote tallies or anything of that sort," Clapper stated.

I have never heard such unsubstantiated allegations of Russian hacking bull shit as I heard at that “hearing “ this morning including particularly the drivel by McCain. THEY HAVE NO PROOF!! When they were asked to put up or shut up they deferred to a report “coming out next week” that will be more meritless unsupported lies about Russia intended to be why the people put Trump in office!! That REPORT will not reveal any facts!! I promise you that. Were the initiating IP addresses of the kid that guessed the “PASSWORD” on podesta’s gmail account from the Russian GOVERNMENT or NOT?????? Seems to me this entire “hacking” affair is another there’s gambling in River City moment. Of course the Russians try to glean intel from us through cyberhacking. So does China. And Israel tries to gain it both from Russia and US. And the UK and the US do the same or at least I would hope so. So now we want to raise this activity to an “act of war” because some politicians want to sell the story line that many voters were swayed to vote for Trump by reading the e mails of some DNC hack like Podesta who was cynically sending e mails to his cohorts flakking identity politics. I think it would be more interesting if the congressional committee would produce the 2 or 3 voters in the US who actually changed their vote to Trump because of this “outrage” of a political operative behaving like a political operative.
