I’m betwixt and between on this one...though national reciprocity makes it easier traveling while carrying, I’m not a big fan of anything national...tends to be watered down for the masses. Prefer a Constitutional view of it as a 2A right to carry, open or concealed, period.

Politics is the art of the possible.
it may take YEARS for a solid RKBA majority in SCOTUS and the right case to enforce what we all want (a firm declaration of the 2nd as being un-infrangible)

I like this bill because it will let me, as a Californian, get a CCW license in any state and CA must recognize it (the precise wording indicates either a resident of a state or licensed to carry in that state, some states do not require residency; I shall be on the first plane to Utah from CA).

Band aid,or maybe a tourniquet.
