Tensions between Washington and the Kremlin have reached Cold War levels amid reports Vladimir Putin is deploying nuke-ready missiles in the Russian province of Kaliningrad – which borders Poland, Belarus and Lithuania.

Sometimes I just think Obama wants to burn down the house before he leaves. But this one is a surprise.....didn’t Obama cancel the plans for a nuclear shield for Poland that had been promised by GWB? I have always believed that Obama was working, behind the scenes, WITH Putin. I am not ever sure who to believe these days.
Obama is more of a danger to the US than any other World leader right now.

A casual view of NATO news from the last year shows a lot of NATO military exercises in the Baltics and Poland as well as the usual Russian counter activity.

I don’t have a problem with this. Kaliningrad is a fortress city and any Scenario of the Russians invading westward will involve a fight from Kaliningrad. On the other hand bringing the Baltic states into NATO was a bad idea. We can’t defend them and stationing a lot troops in them will result in Russian fears about a NATO invasion of Russia. We would have been much better off leaving them as Neutral buffer states between NATO and Russia.
Yeah he could cancel it, but in 16 days Trump could “uncancel” it. All that’s going on is “noise” & “posturing” by both Zero and the MSM. Zero is trying to stay “relevant” and stake out an unassailable (and profitable!) position as Rat “leader-spokesman”. The MSM is also but desperately trying to stay relevant and continue to be the “opinion maker/influencer” like they were in the past.

Russia and the ChiComs have been staging annual joint war games since 2005 in obvious preparation for war with us and our allies.
