Where we had to constantly be after them can now be handled from someone they will have to answer to. We both agree they are totally unwilling to listen to us. So, we cured the problem by getting someone for us that they have to answer to and whose weight of digital awareness with us gets trumpeted (pun intended) directly from him to the whole world.
