Absolutely. The rest of us have been held captive of the 9th Circus for years. We want judges who interpret the law not make the law.

I feel sorry for those Californians who are trapped by the laws that represent the cities. You can move if you lived and worked in the cities, unfortunately farmers couldn’t move the land that has been in their families for generations

I was once speaking at an event in Boise where a member of the Idaho (!) State Supreme Court was one of the hosts, and in our private chats during the social receptions he made no bones about the fact that he considered the US Constitution and in fact the USA to be historic aberrations needing re-education if not outright demolition. In his view the job of the courts was to over-rule the wisdom of the people.

Not the 9th Circus Court, but indicative of that mind set. I long for the day when Alex Kozinsky becomes the presiding judge for the Circuit.
