It’s just one of the many government sanctioned ISIS cells testing out their latest design of a propane tank mortar-bomb.

I've had thunder shake the house....
Maybe it was homemade "fireworks". As a young teen, I used to make my own black powder just for the sake of making "noisemakers" - made on the size of a baseball, with a core the size of a golf ball, wrapped in layers of cardboard and electrical tape. drilled a hole in it and stuffed it with slow burning black powder (used to make different flavors for different purposes) and had it filled with fast burning (really fine ground to talcum consistency and fine-tuned for minimum residue in test burns). Took it out to the woods and set it on a log - ran a line of slow burn as a fuse, lit it and trotted off about 50'. When it went off, it sounded like a bomb and broke the log (rotted but over a foot in diameter).
Came out of the woods and there were a lot of homeowners in their back yards trying to figure out what happened - claimed I was walking around and saw someone trotting down a trail an BOOOOOM!!!!
Was lucky not to get in trouble.

CT ping.
I used to have a ping list saved in an email but it’s gone. FR emails don’t go back more than three years now.

There is an underground, electric company owned, sub-station and energy routing complex in Southington. Very near a place called Lewis Farms. It’s pegged CT Valley Elec Exchange.

Next town over - didn’t hear a thing. I know there’s blasting in the area (road and development construction).

I have no evidence whatsoever and don’t even know what “it” is, but I’ll guarantee, the Russians are behind it.
