"Sen. Tom Cotton on Sunday urged President-elect Donald Trump to take a firmer stance on Russia, saying Moscow needs a new set of boundaries in the global order."

Tom, you were the only one who didn’t vote to give Iran $150 BILLION.
Please realize you have been sold a series of lies.
He is like a roller coaster. Some days he makes you smile, and other days he just makes you sick.
It’s almost painful to watch folks this stupid muddle through life.
I like Cotton a lot but he really needs to understand that Donald Trump knows what he is doing and he is surrounded by other people who know what they are doing. Boundaries will be drawn when Putin and President Trump meet. Not sure if it will even be necessary to put it into words.
John McCain personally lobbied for this junior Senator from Ark to be on the Armed Services Committee.
He’s a neocon, through and through.
Tougher is not always better. If Russia will team up with us to kill terrorists, that will be a very big win for Russia, for the United States, and for everyone decent in the world (a loss for Merkel, Obama, and other enemies of civilization, but who cares?).
I’d like to see Russia and the US agree on some ground rules:
* No more grabbing territory in the Former Soviet Union;
* no complaints about the territory they already grabbed;
* and we team up to kill
- ISIS,
- Al Qaeda,
- Al-Jamaa al-Islami,
- Jamaat-e-Islami,
- Muslim Brotherhood, and
- every other terrorist group that Obama and Merkel celebrate.
Apparently so....
And Russia is going to stop supporting the terrorist haven, Iran?
That one’s kinda important.
If Cotton was valuable to DJT, he’d be an adviser right now and not an antagonist.
Trump needs first to undo the very dangerous mess that Hussein is creating before he can get US policy back on a rational even keel. That is going to take some handshaking and some friendship for a bit. Trump has it in his bones. He will deal correctly with whomever when the time comes. We may not have had a president before with his natural ability to size up a situation and judge character aright.
“...the global order.” That is enough for me not to like him.
Works for me...
Bingo! That’s what it’s all about.
Let’s make a deal with the Democrats — we’ll get tough with the Russians when they get tough with the Chinese, the N. Koreans, the Turks, the Saudis, the Venezuealans, the Cubans, and the European Union.
Well said.

I heard that !! I was dumb struck. The Russians are our friends!! What had he been smoking??
We are not dealing with the USSR any longer. Yes there is much to dislike about Russia, but there is also much to admire. Is Putin the same as before the breakup? Maybe, but there is much to indicate he is a changed man. He says he is now a Christian and attends worship, and has pledged to stand up for Christianity wherever. And he has. He, and done some deplorable things and some admirable.
I agree with Trump, lets talk and find areas in which we can work together.
