Don’t think they need a 2/3 majority. Don’t think they can do anything.
The sanctions were imposed by executive fiat. They can be removed the same way.

What exactly is a stiff response from a California democrat?

A delivery from that Pizza place in Washington DC.

“These idiots are tripling down on one of the stupidest conspiracy claims in American history.”

The sole purpose of prolonging this fabrication about Russia is to draw attention from PizzaGate, and the Clintons’ involvement in it. It’s working, too.

I’m waiting for Tuesday or Wednesday for TRUMP’S comments about the RUSSIAN ‘HACK’.

The Russians hacked my good looks, so I know they were guilty here too.

They actually do have a prediction engine. The Clinton Campaign called it ‘Ada”. It predicted Trump would win. They refused to accept this. I believe this happened more than once. The problem likely was the GIGO effect. They didn’t know a thing about the Trump voters.

Here I thought Wikipedia was ABC’s primary source of fact checking. They must have missed this...

Espionage

Traditional espionage is not an act of war, nor is cyber-espionage,[14] and both are generally assumed to be ongoing between major powers.

Despite this assumption, some incidents can cause serious tensions between nations, and are often described as “attacks”. For example:

Massive spying by the US on many countries, revealed by Edward Snowden.

After the NSA’s spying on Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel was revealed the Chancellor compared the NSA with the Stasi.[15]

NSA recording nearly every cell phone conversation in the Bahamas without the Bahamian government’s permission,[16] and similar programmes in Kenya, the Philippines, Mexico and Afghanistan.[17]

The “Titan Rain” probes of American defence contractors computer systems since 2003.[18]

The Office of Personnel Management data breach, in the US, widely attributed to China.[19][20]

Obama should have done more sooner. That is the latest talking points from Dems rethugs. Question, if you couldn’t force Obama to do more what makes you think you can force Trump? Either you are every bit as much to blame as Obama or you don’t have e the power you claim to have. Sanctions that the executive branch wo t enforce are useless

When the Liberal-Leftist ‘Rats are pounding the war drums along with the Neo-Cons it can only end badly for young, working class Americans.

The executive branch chooses to enforce what they will. These threats are all theater.Obama didn’t even need Congress to open up relations with Cuba. If Trump isn’t swayed sanctions go no where

Let’s face it, the uniparty is crapping its pants over all the news that is going to come out about homobama, hitlery, graham and mcstain arming and funding AQ and ISIS. The Russian ploy is meant as a diversion from what is outright treason on the part of the clinton foundation/state department/neocon hawk CFR types.

Wouldn’t have to be enforced in any event. This is theatre like most of Congress. They have long since given their power to the executive branch

Exactly. The executive branch enforces. They have given their power to the executive branch for almost 2 decades. They aren’t fooling anyone. Btw, it will weaken the country if they pass it and Trump is against it. That may be their ultimate goal anyways

McCain and Graham cannot let it get out that they helped arm the rebels trying to overthrow Assad in Syria. Their anger at Russia is that Putin stopped the overthrow and our Saudi masters are not pleased.

Their policies aren’t working. They are just talking tough they aren’t actually tough. Call him and Thug and a murderer all you want. It doesn’t actually accomplish anything. The U.S barely trades with Russia as it is. Both candidates in France are against the current sanctions on Russia and with Trump in power they are going to be pulling out of that. The Washington policy makes absolutely no sense if their stated goal is indeed their true goal
