Trump: I Have Intel that Casts Doubt on Russian Hacks
Townhall.com ^ | January 1, 2017 | Cortney O'Brien

Donald Trump held an impromptu press conference at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida Saturday night before his New Year's Eve party, where he addressed the claim that Russia interfered in the 2016 election with a series of hacks. Although President Obama is convinced their interference was so bad that it justified new sanctions, the president-elect told the press he has reason to believe there's nothing to see here.

Trump to pool re Intel and Russia hacks: "I also know things that other people don’t know, and so they cannot be sure of the situation"— Zeke Miller (@ZekeJMiller) January 1, 2017

Trump also reiterated how the intel community has been wrong before - such as in the case of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Because of that past "disaster," Trump said he wants them to be "sure" about Russian hacking before taking any next steps.

Addressing the threat of cyber attacks in general, Trump suggested that if you have something important to say, write it out and send it by courier.

"No computer is safe," he said.

Trump will reveal what intel he has on the hacks on Tuesday or Wednesday, he told reporters.

Trump is making the news now. The Big Democratic News Media has lost credibility and relevance in 2017. People do not believe what the media is feeding them!

Oh great. Now he’s really stepped in it. The menopausal media will have their collective pearl clutch and vapors.

It would be hilarious if we find out that Podesta was using Kaspersky anti-virus (a Russian company).

There were no Russian hacks.

It’s just another democrat/liberal fantasy.

and just FYI:

BitDefender is Romanian. Avast comes from the Czech Republic. Avira and GDATA are made in Germany. AVG is Dutch. Trend Micro is based in Tokyo. Bullguard and Comodo are British. Checkpoint comes from Israel. ESET is Slovakian. Their governments are as likely to spy on friends and foes alike as Russia or China.

“Addressing the threat of cyber attacks in general, Trump suggested that if you have something important to say, write it out and send it by courier.”

And that is the way to end this BS. Using emails as a prime method of communications is an opening to evey single foriegn nation in the world to spy on us easier. Yet, the GD dumb demoncrats think its cool, its the way to do it.

I have come to the conclusion that they did this on purpose to damage the USA and its remaining allies...if there are any.

Donald is correct..use paper and communicate that way. Might be slower, but at least if safer. They physically have to get hold of those notes to spy on us.

“People do not believe what the media is feeding them!”

It’s unreal. I see the leftist hacks on Fox News, and they all seem like programmed robots. Not only do they have the same talking points, but they share the same repulsive personality - seething with hatred (disguised as reasoned analysis), and utterly unwilling (or unable) to engage in any back-and-forth discussion that might upset their understanding of what they imagine are “facts.”

After Hillary lost, I would have thought they would have been thrown off-balance for a while . . . but, no. After brief moments of ranting and tears on election night, they IMMEDIATELY regrouped and are still engaged in their post-loss battle plan, which is to delegitimize Trump’s election in any and every way they can. Every moment. Every word. If talking point A doesn’t work (”The Russians did it!”) try talking point B (”Comey did it!”). If talking point B doesn’t work - go back to talking point A and try again. Repeat until anyone left in the country still able to engage in critical thinking is blinded by the smoke.

I like to think that, in the end, they’re only going to make MORE people hate them - particularly if Trump uses the bully pulpit to expose them and whoever is pulling their strings.

Trump needs to get his own group of “Wind Talkers”, it worked great to fool the Japanese. A completely “new” language of their own might solve a lot of problems. I believe there are ways to “hide” what needs saying but the problem is the speed at which the information can be sent back and forth.

Excellent point! Notice that Obama and Kerry stopped claiming that they didn’t initiate the UN resolution after Bibbi said that he had evidence.

Be careful Donald. Make certain that you are releasing truly unclassified or declassified information or you will be butchered by the MSM. Once you are President you can "declassify" if you like. But we are still 3 weeks away from that changeover.

The talking heads from the Democratic Party are cloned robots who parrot each other, like the blind leading the blind. It is predictable and boring. It is an absolute waste of time to listen to the radical left on t.v. They talk like spoiled kids who have never properly been corrected. They never take responsibility for their errors. The play book is to blame someone else. We witness the anger in their eyes, needing to vent hatred and hostility to anyone who disagrees.
