President-elect Donald J. Trump’s inauguration will have less official celebration throughout the day and evening so he can focus on getting right to work on behalf of the American people, officials involved in the planning process tell Breitbart News. The inauguration itself will be less focused on the donor class and ritzy Washington insiders as in years past and more focused on the regular working class people across the country for whom Trump has become the champion.
“The inauguration and inaugural is a representation of the president-elect and a representation of the vice president-elect,” Boris Epshteyn, the director of communications for the Presidential Inaugural Committee (PIC), told Breitbart News in an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour “What does that mean? It’s all about the people,” Epshteyn said. “It’s not about any one celebrity or any one entertainer or about any of those folks sipping champagne and cocktails somewhere in the Hamptons or in Beverly Hills. It’s about the American people. We’re so proud of the amount of support and outreach we’ve received from all over the country. This inaugural will represent the people. That’s one, and two it’s about getting to work right away.”
“There will three balls instead of 10, as there were in 2009 with President Obama because this president—Donald J. Trump—is all about getting to work and making sure Americans are safe in their homes, safe in their jobs,” Epshteyn said.
President Trump will also continue the official Commander-in-Chief Inaugural Ball—a tradition started by George W. Bush and continued by Obama—and expand that. Previously, that ball had just enlisted members of the U.S. military in attendance. Trump is going to expand that ball to include first responders like police, firefighters and EMTs—and will also allow in veterans, military families and wounded warriors.

Good. Who gives a damn about all of the pomp and circumstance. The President is, after all, just our employee - we shouldn’t be treating him as if he was royalty. Respect - well, of course we need to show that...but that is all.

I want the coverage of the inaugural parties that night to be filled with apoplectic liberals and Communists crying about all of the E.O.s that Trump just signed a few hours before, unwinding all of the unconstitutional E.O.s that O’Traitor signed over the prior 8 years.

It would be very appropriate to have an Executive Order prepared for his signature to end the most egregious Zero directives and sign it at the podium immediately after taking the Oath of office and as part of his speech. Enable ICE to do its job would be a good start.
I thought of that too, but I think People from New York don't think that way. If it's not Kardashians or Beonce, they don't think it's hip enough. The people that voted him in drink beer and listen to CW music. I pretty much listen to contemporary Christian music only now. I'm sure Charile Daniels band would play and a few others, but the left would just say it was a "B" lister over the top racist 80 year old was all he could get to sing the Devil went Down to Georgia. Trump is fighting a losing battle if he thinks he can go up against the MSM and then the entertainment industry and get a fair shake.
If it were me,....I would put up about 12 Christian groups between some well know preachers and dare the MSM to say something and ask what do you have against God? They can't black ball Christians and God more than they already do.
Another thing would be to, as soon as his hand comes off the Bible, have an aid hand Speaker Ryan a 3 inch binder and tell him to get started on this and there will be another one at 10pm that night. In the first binder would be the call up of the Nat Gd to go to the border and revocation of Executive Orders.

He should do the swearing in—make the moving speech—do the parade thing, Then meet with the cabinet designates, cancel the Obama Orders and come back for the toasts and a spin on the dance floor and rest—day Two will be all work and no play.
