WON-DER-FUL!!!
Winning seems to be breaking out all over!
.
As I understand this it is temporary, and will be reviewed again in 2 weeks.
.
It kind of feels that way. Hopefully Trump’s judicial appointments will return more of our rights.
don’t get too excited yet- NY got away with their illegal bans by claiming ‘imminent need’ in order to ‘counter the potential for lost lives’- Look for california to couch their gun grab in the same deceitful language
Emergency? Really? WTF. It’s like OMG it’s an EMERGENCY! PANIC!! We’re like so dying by the millions out here! We gotta stop dem magazines yo!
Our existing hi cap mag ban is still in effect. I think all the new ban did was to remove grandfathering.
I think gun magazines should be limited to no more than 20 pages.

The liberals will find a friendly judge to set things back on course.
Maybe now that they are freaked out about President Elect Trump, they may be rethinking things. I can hope.
If you believe the commie lib “media”, snowflakes are buying up guns left and right for their “revolution”. It sounds like they are thinking that large capacity magazines might be a good idea.
Purely cosmetic bit of addled nonsense on the part of anti-firearms fanatics who know nothing and therefore don’t realize it takes one or two seconds to swap out an empty magazine for a full one.
Typical BS.
I’m sure that all California police departments, as well as all the fed agents in state, will be turning in their hi-cap magazines. What? No? They NEED them? Effing commies.
California is certifiably insane, Look at what they’ve done now:
They’ve legalized child prostitution.
Every lake in the nation violates this law with so many clumsy boaters
Magazines? Go with belt-fed and you won’t have a problem.
FNH SAW in semi-auto will do just fine.
“If you believe the commie lib media, snowflakes are buying up guns left and right for their revolution. It sounds like they are thinking that large capacity magazines might be a good idea”
No worries, the greater risk is they will aim by looking down the bore of the gun - which is ok :)
Does law enforcement have an exemption? Why would they have an exemption? Is it because of self defense? Is there somewhere in the constitution which gives law enforcement (or government) a separate legal system to operate under? Does the concept of separate but equal still exist?
These really are questions I want to see brought before a court, and I eagerly await the day when justices are forced to try to defend these concepts.
For me it is the weight. I’ve got a double stacked mag, wish it was single stacked ...if I can’t “get em” with 10 rounds, I prob won’t get em with 18. :-)
