Yeah but presuming we can could get the GD Governorship back and control the process, why draw them that way? Why not divide the rat areas?
You could probably draw the seats horizontally, but I imagine there’d be complaints over the fact that they were historically one given to the plains east and the other to the mountain west, each with different issues (ranching for the east, mining in the west). Of course, it’s all academic since they’re not likely to get a 2nd seat back in 2022.
