The few (one in a million? if FR articles are right....) people who are both genders, or neither, we'll figure out a way to deal with. Respectfully and tactfully, just like civilization has done for the past thousands of years.
With less than 500 in the whole country, a person may go their entire lives without needing to deal with the issue.

Liberals feel that we are too focused on body parts, too focused on “binary” definitions of sexuality.
And to them, these “binary” distinctions are themselves bigoted.
To listen to some of this rhetoric on gender and sex issues, you would swear that it’s cool to be gay. You would swear that you just haven’t lived your life, until you have had your hormone treatments and surgery on your body parts.
