The only hiccup / hurdle is there are states where getting CCW credentials is essentially impossible.
A person in those circumstances, as mentioned earlier in this thread, would have to move to obtain those rights.

But the person in that state wouldn’t be any worse off for National CCW recognition. And it would spur the state to change its laws when out of state citizens had greater gun rights in the that state than its own natives.
