Probably true, but he’s smart enough to realize the Obama just threw a political bomb into the RAT outhouse and it’s currently raining crap and boards on the RAT Party as a consequence.
I don’t see that Hoyer has a significant Jewish constituency. (compared to the CD next door). But he’s been in Congress 30+ years and probably has been influenced by various Jewish entities. Whatever the reason, it works for me!
