#5. Immediately announce that he has directed the Joint Chief of Staff to deploy the 101st Airborne to secure the Southern border, using whatever means as may be required. At the same time he would also announce that he has instructed the Army Corps of Engineers to begin design on a combined wall / fence along said border, and the design shall be on his desk in 6 months, with construction to start immediately thereafter.
Somehow I think something like that will happen within 24 hours.
