Expect all shopping centers to ban anyone under 18 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian after 6 pm. That will put a quick end to most of these shenanigans, in my opinion!
Not going to happen with all the stores in malls that cater to the afterschool teen crowd.
This is the policy at my local, and very nice , mall onFriday and Saturday after 5 pm. Maybe the policy needs to be expanded to school holidays. Up to 4 teens under age 18 can be accompanied by one adult 21 or over. They don’t need to be a parent or guardian. Just checking ID for age upon entrance probably cuts way down on poor behavior.
