A top adviser to Donald Trump on diversity issues is offering no apologies for the preponderance of white men filling the Cabinet and key jobs in the new administration, insisting that the lack of minorities reflected the president-elect’s color-blind approach to hiring decisions.

I keep hearing how these guys don’t have experience in the givernment.
I would suggest they do, as they have sat across from bureaucrat hacks and been frustrated by their craptastic ideas and dictates, knowing there is a better way.
These are guys who do the actual work and get it done efficiently.

The push for diversity before ability has elevated idiots to positions of power whom without it would be lucky to have a job cleaning toilets.
To wit, here a few examples: Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton, Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank...
I could go on but believe I’ve proven my point.
Because all of Obama’s affirmative action appointments worked out so well.
Holder, Lynch, Sotomeyer, Van Jones, etc.
Trump’s picks actually do reflect diversity.
