California is trapped — between two authoritarian regimes that want to fight each other.

One is headquartered in Beijing; the other is taking power in Washington, D.C. But it’s striking how much they have in common.

Taking cultural relativism to the extreme. There are some major differences between the incoming Trump administration and the dictatorship in Beijing

Everyone in California that continues to act as though they are “outside” of the United States should be annihilated immediately.

gov old-ass moonbeam has talked about opening “California Embassies” in countries we are changing our relationships with.

I am a big State’s rights promoter but Foreign Policy is 100% Federal and California (which is really in the hole billions maybe trillions when you remove the accounting tricks) had better stay the hell out of it or it will get badly slapped down.

“...that want to fight each other...”
hatreds
another illustration of how the media takes disagreements and escalates them to fights and hatreds when discussions and diplomacy will solve. This type of journalism has become so prevalent it must be taught in journalism school.

Proposition 187 was passed in 1994 with 60% of the vote.

The anti-American Brown Berets, La Raza Unida, MALDEF and LULAC all went to war to overturn the will of the People.

They did so by screaming “A state cannot make an eemeegration law!” and saying only the federal goberment could do so.

Always charming to have foreigners lecturing us about what our Constitution says.

So they got one Federal Judge - Mariana Pfaelzer - to throw out PARTS of 187 - not all of it.

Fast forward to now - The Mad Geezer, Jerry “Moonbean” Brown wants to make up his own foreign policy and fancies himself a Great Leader among the Nations.

Jeff Davis would be proud.

And the Chief Reconquista in the California Legislature - one Kevin DeLeon, (D) Tijuana (he was born there) - recently slipped a bill through the now Rat Supermajority in that body which repealed the rest of 187.

Didn’t hear about that?

That was the plan.

The Mexicans are not interested in having another country called “Cal-E-pornia”. They ARE interested in seeing it become a province of Mexico.

And they are close to doing it now. DeLeon, Becerra, Padilla all hold key power slots within the State government.

Think of that. Three men who are clearly hostile to America and Americans in charge of much of the government of California.

Mr. Trump and Mr. Sessions should make it a priority to prosecute all three of them for Sedition as soon as he comes to office. He can do that in parallel with building the tallest wall we can afford, and deport the millions here illegally.

If he does not, he needs to explain to the American children of California why they will end up being ruled by their enemies.

“Everyone in California that continues to act as though they are “outside” of the United States should be annihilated immediately.”

Oh that’s a wonderful statement. Now you want to kill people who don’t agree with you. Can I assume you’re from Whacko, Texas? I don’t like what’s going on here in California, but annihilating those with whom I disagree is beyond the pale. You might as well include NYC, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, et.al. on your list for extermination. (Any large American city needs to be on your list)
Don’t you have any rational comments to contribute?

California would be torn to shreds as part of it would want to separate from it.

California is in ruins with it’s accounting games, taxes, and over regulation.
It has way over 250 BILLION in unfunded pension debt regarding state employees.

Most of the leftist in CA are imports, like Pelosi, Boxer from the east coast leftist camps and Charlie Manson, born and raised in Ohio etc. The list of out leftist out-of- staters are endless.

Then again, California has always attracted the very best and the very worst.
