In an exit interview with NPR, President Obama for the second time in his two-term reign attacked political correctness, claiming debates have become like walking on eggshells and advised people to stop going around just looking for insults.
During the interview, Obama discussed the recent election, Donald Trump, Russia and his own future. But he also laid into the wave of political correctness sweeping college campuses, corporate America and (of course) Hollywood. He told NPRs Steve Inskeep that theres a hypersensitivity that ends up resulting in people not being able to express their opinions at all without somebody suggesting theyre a victim.

It’s part of the desperate repositioning of the Democratic Party. They’re scrambling to get away from the very things they created and promoted.

You are correct, of course.
At first I thought it was “stopped clock syndrome”.
But you’re right. 0bama is too cynical even for that.
LOL! How long would the list be if we compiled one where he pole vaults to conlusions based on his view of what’s pc and what’ not? It’d be YUGE!
Barack O’Kafka.
Oh this is rich. What a buffoon. Hope I don’t offend the head snowflake.
Dems formed a plan to “control” speech back in the 60’s and it, as it always does, has mutated and turned on them, too. It’s more sad than funny.
The list of where he didn’t would be much shorter - a blank piece of paper.
Were it not for pc, that dumbass would still be shlepping ice cream.
Translated, what Obama's comments mean is: "...we Democrats know we are guilty of trying to impose extreme political correctness on everyone else, we've been called out for doing it and punished by voters at the polls for it, so yes, we Democrats acknowledge that's what we do, but, but, we don't like to admit to anything so now we're going to accuse Republicans of it too."
It's the closest Democrats are capable of coming to speaking the truth.
Please let him be in the middle of the next episode of “workplace violence” perpetrated by someone who is likely a right wing zealot and even though their name is Mohammed we must not jump to conclusions.
In other words, all you racist, homophobes and islamophobes in fly-over country need to put down your guns and bibles and stop calling people names...
Oh, no. You’re not thinking it through all the way. This behavior has multiple goals.
The Democrats know what they’re guilty of. Accusing their opponents of what Democrats are guilty of is not just projection, it’s a calculated attempt to convince people that the other fellow is just as guilty of the objectionable conduct as they are - and therefore, you should vote for the slimy politician who’s going to give you free stuff. Since the other guy is just as ‘bad’, you might as well get something out of it. Look at what happened with Clinton - Bill’s affairs were well known, so Bill’s backers put it about that his opponents were just as unfaithful.
Works, too - usually.
Perfect!
"It's time we spoke the truth about these people. They're a bunch of blah, blah, blah."
Like these Obama PCisms?
“Man-caused disasters and overseas contingency operations...
The rules are ALWAYS different for Democrats.
That’s what libs do. They accuse others of what they’re doing ............... Wall Street, corporate donations, hate speech, etc.
