The sailfish bite is on

For some reason I find myself today remembering former poster snugs from England, who used to post those wonderful recipes and pics. I'm not very familiar with the Keys but wonder if there are any special seafood-derived holiday themed recipes from there, e.g. Grandma's Baked Grouper, or do folks there just stay with the traditional things like turkey, etc.?

Mutton Snapper and Grouper both baked and stuffed with crab meat dressing is an old conch fav down here both at Christmas and Thanksgiving.
