When I was in Grade School in the Fifties, our classes were divided into fast learners and slow learners. How un-PC! Nobody complained! The slower learners got a bit more attention. It worked well!

Charter Schools (School Choice) are conveyor belts for Communist Core. No real CHOICE at all. same BS social-emotional learning with new buzz phrases. The corps will love Choice as the parents will get edged out of their former control of representative duly elected school boards. They will be appointed (Soviet) boards. Watch and see.
