Congress isn’t the problem. Obama has thrown up so much stuff that there isn’t enough time to get to it no matter how much they’d like to.

It’s a paperwork nightmare and can’t be done overnight. Each order or reg requires all kinds of paperwork that must be prepared in order to undo it. There is simply not enough staff and not enough time.

It’s like someone telling you to drive from NY to LA in 8 hours. You can’t do it no matter how much you might like to.
