It's true. But you have to know Carl. Loose cannon doesn't begin to describe him. The guy ran against Andrew Cuomo for governor. After he lost he won a seat on the Buffalo school board. Buffalo spends over a $billion on it's schools, yet the results are atrocious. Most of the students are minorities. Palidino constantly rails against corruption and collusion between the teachers union and the school board. He favors charter schools and school choice so that just maybe, these minority kids can get a decent education. The local media is silent. He makes these tongue in cheek jokes, and there is a media meltdown.
Sometimes I think that when Carl says stuff like this, it is performance art.
