They have No Choice, The Pentagon is SELLING THEM THE WEAPONS
The arms dealers in the US may be SELLING them the weapons, but I’m pretty sure, based on well know facts, that the PENTAGON gives them away free (when they pull out of an area and leave the weapons and vehicles behind).
Most, if not all, of the money is being spent in Russia for S-300 and related systems plus a factory to build T-90 tanks locally.
